Strong Training & Coaching BIPOC Scholarships -Application Due July 15

Strong Training & Coaching is taking action to support diversity and inclusion by launching a quarterly STC Scholarship to provide BIPOC with an opportunity to invest in their professional development. They are focused on bridging the gap to increase the number of BIPOC executives and address racial gaps by supporting their career journey.

This scholarship will include access to our Manager Essentials on-demand development program and 1 executive coaching session awarded to each of the 5 recipients.

Scholarship Requirements

  • Less than 3 years experience managing others

  • Applicants must be Native American, Asian/Pacific-Islander, Black/African American, Hispanic/LatinX, or Middle Eastern

  • Applicants must reside in the United States

Application Process

Applications for our Q2 BIPOC Scholarship will be open from June 1st, 2021 – July 15, 2021.
