Asians in Advertising Workshop: Network with Ease

As AAPI it isn’t always culturally in our nature to ask those we don’t know for help and mentorship, however forging connections and building bridges is essential for upward mobility. Co-founder Jessalin Lam is passionate about connecting with others and fostering strong relationships. She has built an incredible network of advocates, allies, and communities. In this workshop she will show you how to reach out and nurture meaningful connections.

“I’ve also found that the people of color who advance the furthest all share one characteristic—a strong network of mentors and corporate sponsors who nurture their professional development” - Harvard Business Review
